Tiana and Brandon met while they were both studying at Le Cordon Bleu. Brandon was in culinary and Tiana was baking. Upon meeting she thought he was “handsome as hell,” and he thought, “wow, I have to talk to her.” Tiana says she knew Brandon was “the one” when sadly, both of Tiana’s grandfathers passed within six months of each other. They have been together since 2014 and never looked back.
Tiana said that she chose Highway 61 Films simply because of the cinematography and storytelling. Quote, “Cinematography, as an independent filmmaker, stylistic choices make all the difference. your aesthetic is exactly what we've been looking for.”
